Once your gallery is complete, I will send you a link through Pic-Time, my image sharing platform. This website is amazing and very user friendly, but if you happen to have any questions on how it all works, I am happy to answer your questions! You will be able to download your images straight to your phone or computer and back them up on your preferred method. However, if you ever lose your images that you backed up, they will always be on this platform, so I can easily send you another link to your full gallery! I have linked a full wedding gallery below so you can get an idea of what it will look like.

One of my favorite features is that it allows multiple sessions to be in the same gallery, so any past sessions you have done with me will show up in there as well! SO convenient!
If you are booking for videography, I will send you a downloadable link for your video, as well as a hard drive with your project + all of the raw footage on it! I feel that it is just so nostalgic to sit back and watch the behind the scenes, home movie style. I will also upload your edited video to YouTube, for easy sharing.
Lastly, THE NUMBER ONE THING that helps me grow my business is simply crediting my social media page and word of mouth referrals. This means the WORLD to me when you are on FB or insta and raving about how much you love your photos! Plus, the exposure is more valuable than you could ever know! I would say 80% of my business is from referrals or people who saw someone's post and said "I want THAT!"

Any photographer, with a good eye, can snap some great photos, but I want to give you an experience that shows you how fun and effortless taking photos can be! My goal is to make you feel the emotion behind the images and transport you back to the greatest days of your lives.
- I replace my SD cards often! This minimizes risk for corrupt SD cards.
- I back up all of my galleries to 2 separate hard drives.
- I do not delete any content off of SD cards until I have successfully saved the gallery to my hard drive and in my image sharing platform.
- I shoot with the Canon R6, which has a dual SD card reader. This means that all of your images and videos will be saved to 2 separate SD cards, in the event of a corrupt SD card.
Bottom line, your content is safe with me!

QUESTION 3 // What steps do you take to insure my images and videos are safe?
Great question! I require 30% of the full balance of your session, up front! This will secure your date and start the planning process. For weddings, the remaining balance is due one month before the wedding date. For lifestyle sessions, the remaining balance is due the day before your session. You will receive an invoice through HoneyBook, where you will be able to make your payments online.
QUESTION 1 // how much is the down payment and how does the payment process work?
If there is an emergency/illness that keeps me from your big day, I will do everything in my power to find someone to take my place. If I am not able to find a photographer/videographer to take my place on the wedding day, you will be refunded half of the balanced that was paid, minus the deposit, and the other half will be transferred to future sessions until the value of the balance has been satisfied. This is all outline, in more detail, in my contract.
YEEESSSS! I am based out of Wichita, KS, but I am always down for an adventure! My travel fee is $50/hr (round trip) up to 4 hrs, one-way. If a flight is the cheaper way to go, I am down for that as well! Hotel compensation may be required.

QUESTION 6 // What happens if there is an emergency and you are not able to attend the wedding day?

This will depend on the time of year, what type of session you have, etc. But, I typically try to get lifestyle and engagement sessions back within 1 month, but it is almost always sooner! For weddings, a typical turn around time is 2-3 months, depending on the season.
QUESTION 5 // HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE TO get my images?
Hey, I get it! Things happen! Kids get sick. Weather cramps our style. Emergencies blindside us.
Don't sweat it!
My policy for rescheduling is simple. If it is things that are out of our control, we will simply pick a different day. However, I do require the remaining balance to be paid on the day that the session would have taken place, but then you will not owe anything on your rescheduled date. The only time I will require a rescheduling fee is if we cannot reschedule within 1 month. Even then, I only require a $25 rescheduling fee.
