Hey heyyy! I’m Sarah Lewis — and I’m passionate about capturing memories you can feel. The kind of images that instantly take you back to the laughter, the nerves, the joy, the in-between moments you didn’t even realize were happening.

A little about me — I met my husband in 2014 at HCC where I majored in Video Production. After graduating, we moved to Wichita and completely fell in love with this community. Now we’re raising our little girl here — she’s an absolute firecracker and the greatest joy of our lives.

My career path wasn’t exactly linear. I’ve tried everything from dental assisting to insurance sales. But no matter what I did, I kept coming back to one thing:

Creating.

Back in high school, I dreamed about becoming a photographer someday. Over a decade ago, a family friend generously gave me her old camera body — and that’s where it all began. In 2018, I truly started refining my craft, building my confidence behind the lens, and eventually took the leap of faith to leave my 8–5 and bet on myself.

Today, I own my photography business and co-own Grit Studio & Collaborative — a creative studio and event space built to serve and inspire our local community.

Being a creative entrepreneur isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am. And I can’t wait to hang out with you and document the moments that matter most.

ABOUT me

Family Time
My family is everything to me. Quality Time is my love language, so when you mix family + intentional time together, I’m the happiest. This is also why I have limited weekend availability — I fiercely protect that time with my people.

Traveling
I’ve explored 27 of the 50 states (and counting!) plus a handful of islands throughout the Caribbean and Mexico. Experiencing new places fuels my creativity and fills my cup. Wherever you’re going — TAKE ME WITH YOU. Passport ready. 

Coffee + Diet Dr. Pepper
As a toddler mom and business owner, I essentially run on caffeine and a dream. It’s not that I need coffee… it’s that everyone around me needs me to drink coffee. IYKYK.

New Girl
Hands down one of the most underrated comedies of our generation. I’ve watched the series at least 20 times and fall asleep to it almost every night. If you know, you know. And if you don’t… we’ll get you there.
